Realco to Develop Land in Commerce

Cushman
& Wakefield announced today that Western Realco has acquired a 16.25 acre
parcel of land in the City of Commerce. The site, previously
owned by Los Angeles Board Mills, is located at 5959 E. Randolph Street in Commerce.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John McMillan and Jeff Sanita
represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Western
Realco intends to develop the site with state-of-the-art industrial buildings,
which McMillan and Sanita will market on the company’s behalf.
