SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA - Western Realco, Inc of Newport Beach has acquired a 85,912 square-foot industrial building situated on 409,464 square feet of land in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.

“Due to the large parcel of land this building is situated on, the property was a great future development opportunity for Western Realco,” explained Cameron Driscoll, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office who, along with fellow Voit broker Luke McDaniel also of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office, represented the buyer, Western Realco, Inc. “Since the tenant currently has a three-year lease left on the property, the buyer has many different redevelopment options for the property in the future once the tenant’s lease term has expired.”

The building is set up for a steel user due to its metal building design with high ceilings and multiple crane systems. The current tenant is Primary Steel, of the country’s leading suppliers of steel plate and carbon coil products. The building is located at 11919 Smith Avenue in Santa Fe Springs.
The seller, Mitsubishi International, was represented by itself.
